Terms & Conditions – UMA Furniture

  1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by UMA Furniture. By placing an order with UMA Furniture, the customer agrees to these terms.

  2. Products and Custom Orders
UMA Furniture specializes in bespoke and custom-made furniture. Many of our pieces are produced according to the client’s specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, fabrics, and other custom elements. As a result, final products may present slight variations compared to visual references, samples, or renderings.

  3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on quantities, customization, materials, and final specifications. A formal quotation will always confirm the final price before production begins. Prices are exclusive of local import duties, VAT, or other taxes that may apply in the destination country.

  4. Production and Delivery
Production lead times are typically estimated between 45 and 65 business days depending on the project and order volume. Delivery times depend on shipping method and destination. UMA Furniture cannot be held responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

  5. Intellectual Property and Design Respect
UMA Furniture respects and values original design and intellectual property. We do not accept requests to reproduce or directly copy existing designs that belong to other brands, designers, or manufacturers and may be protected by intellectual property rights.

While we are able to create bespoke furniture inspired by references, styles, or moodboards, all pieces produced by UMA Furniture must respect design originality and applicable intellectual property laws. UMA Furniture reserves the right to refuse any request involving the direct replication of protected designs.

  1. Quality and Satisfaction
UMA Furniture is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. As each piece is custom-made, minor variations in materials, finishes, or natural textures may occur and are considered part of the character of handmade furniture.

  2. Liability
UMA Furniture shall not be held liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  3. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws agreed upon between UMA Furniture and the client at the time of order confirmation.
