Return & Refund Policy

1. Product Inspection & Claims

Upon receipt of the products, the client is required to:

  • Inspect the products immediately after delivery and unpacking

  • Notify UMA Furniture of any issue within 48 hours of receipt

  • Provide clear supporting photos of the reported issue

  • Ensure that the products have not been handled, installed, modified, or used

Claims submitted after this 48-hour period may be refused.

2. Warranty

UMA Furniture provides a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only, starting from the delivery date.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Intensive or commercial hospitality use

  • Outdoor use not compliant with our recommended conditions

  • Improper use, maintenance, storage, or handling

  • Damage caused by environmental or climatic conditions

Any compensation (refund or partial refund) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and supporting evidence.

Exchanges are not automatic and may require the placement of a new order.


3. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp using the contact details above.

If a return is approved:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned products


4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on:

  • Production status

  • Project and customization progress

Once production has started, deposits are generally non-refundable.
